We will not retain any personally identifiable information about you (for example name, address, telephone number, email address, cv details) beyond 31 March 2008, unless you have been shortlisted for the award. We will enter into separate agreements with each of the artists shortlisted for the award. If you do not want your personal details collected by us, please do not submit it to us.

If you provide us with personal data, we will not sell, rent or market personal data about you to other third parties.
