About the artist
I graduated from Middlesex University in 2000 and have gone on to have group exhibitions both nationally and internationally. My practice varies from video to painting, following ideas instead of being tied to specific media. The work often follows structural methods to obtain outcomes. It varies from video to painting. The technique I used for 'The Persistence of Vision' developed from my training as a painter and observations made from life drawing classes.

About the work
The work is about the sublime act of perception, the act of looking and perceiving. It is about the beauty of the everyday. The work allows the viewer to read their own meaning into the spaces traversed in the film. The piece has evolved over the years.
